What it is actually like
This is a 45-bed building, not a campus. You will know every resident, and they will know you — which is the part people who have worked in bigger facilities tell us they missed.
We would rather keep good staff than churn through them. That means honest scheduling, being straight about what a shift involves, and managers who are in the building rather than at the end of an email address.

What we hire for
Nursing, therapy, dietary, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and activities. We do not keep a live vacancy list on this page, because openings change week to week and a stale list wastes your time. Send an application and we will tell you plainly what is open now.
